How to Delete your Account

The simplest way to delete your account is through the app.

Instructions for the app

1. Open the App
2. Go to the You tab - tab menu at bottom of screen
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Press "Confirm"
5. Your account is now deleted
6. Uninstall the app if you wish

What is retained?

• None of your personal related information (Phonenumber) is retained.
• None of your personal activity (trackpoints, notes) is retained.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can still delete your account via SMS.

Instructions if you no longer have the app

1. Use the phone that you registered with (phonenumber)
2. Text "DELETE" to +64 28 8523 0328
3. This will delete your account
4. You will receive a confirmation text stating that your account has been deleted successfully
